Have you been taught to add milk or water to your scrambled eggs? Many people have!

I always believed that milk was the answer to delicious scrambled eggs. I always thought it was going to be the perfect trick to get amazing scrambled eggs, but they always came out lacking. They were watery and did not have any richness to them! After reading Rich Olney's Simple French Food Cookbook I realized I had been doing it all wrong! Instead of adding milk, he recommends adding small cubes of butter. This creates an amazing and creamy texture for the eggs that is super unique and perfect.

This is a very basic scrambled egg recipe. There are many additions you can make, such as, cheese, salsa, spinach, tomatoes, and any other veggies you can think of! This also works as a great base for an omelet.

Easily double, triple, or quadruple this recipe to serve up to a crowd! They are definitely the easiest type of eggs to serve to a large group.

Make sure not to overcook the eggs as they will become dry!

You can add these scrambled eggs to breakfast burritos! They are also delicious when accompanied with bacon and pancakes!
